For the last few years, I’ve chosen a word as a way to focus and shape how I’d like the upcoming year to be. This year, my word for 2019 is JOY.
It’s a play on my daughter’s middle name as well as a reminder to find joy in my daily life, find joy in my new role as a mother, find joy in being a family, and being able to find joy in the face of any challenges this year.
I have so much to be grateful for and this year I want to make the most out of every day by embracing life and being joyful.
